Alexus Howze serves as Deputy Vice President at ERP. They are responsible for planning and managing large-scale data projects to completion. With a background in visual communications, they leverage the power of design to enhance collaboration and participation. Their portfolio includes working with the Obama Foundation’s My Brother’s Keeper Alliance in multiple cities across the United States to build and launch the Equity Intelligence Platform—a new data system that connects data from educational institutions, criminal justice agencies and health departments to identify the relationship of each on life outcomes. Howze is skilled at understanding and translating equity project objectives into clear technical instructions that software development teams use to develop algorithms and dashboards. Howze’s impactful work extends to partnerships with California's green business programs and a substantial family engagement campaign for LEGO.
