Hope Clark is currently the Managing Director of Strategic Growth for Unmudl Skills-to-Jobs® Marketplace that connects learners and employers via a coast-to-coast network of leading community colleges. Her talents include combining foresight and research insights to create equitable futures for all learners, especially working learners. Her specific area of expertise is translating complex data and research theories to design and develop practical solutions that provide the greatest impact and opportunity for positive change.

Hope served in a variety of technical and leadership roles over the course of her 20+ years working for local, state, national and international non-profit and government workforce development and higher education organizations including Institute for the Future, Innovate + Educate, ACT, Inc., State of Indiana Workforce Development Department, Central Illinois Workforce Development Board, Southeastern Community College, Southern Illinois University, and Goodwill Industries of Metropolitan Chicago.

Hope received her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University and completed the Executive Leadership program at the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa. She is also the recipient of Iowa’s Community College Board of Trustees leadership program at Iowa State University which is aligned with the American Association of Community College leadership competencies.
