Kashae Knox serves as Engagement Manager of ERP. Prior to joining ERP, Kashae served the Greater Sacramento Region as the Director of Workforce Development at City of Refuge, Sacramento. For three years she worked at City of Refuge as Director of Workforce Development, Career Coach and Program Administrator. Throughout her career she has been an advocate for hundreds of at-risk, undocumented, foster youth students within the Greater Sacramento Region administering Social Emotional Learning (SEL) programs to at risk students. She is recognized by her outreach efforts in Sacramento and has worked to increase student attendance and participation at local Title I schools. Kashan earned her M.A. in educational leadership and a B.A. in human development and family studies from the University of Nevada, Reno.
