Dr. Rodriguez is an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio., where she holds joint appointments in the Departments of Educational Leadership & Policy Studies and Economics.

She received her Ph.D. in Economics and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Her research interests include economics of education, labor economics, cost-effectiveness analysis, and program evaluation.

Additionally, she is an Affiliated Researcher to University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Benefit-Cost Studies in Education and University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Student Success Through Applied Research Lab.
